Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 66winn Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 66winn reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts, void any pending withdrawals, and forfeit any bonus funds or winnings accrued across those accounts.
66winn is required to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing withdrawal requests. The KYC process requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS ID, GSIS ID, PRC ID, or Voter's ID), proof of address, and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership.

An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. 66winn reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity fee of ₱50 to inactive accounts with a positive balance, after providing thirty (30) days' written notice to the Player's registered email address. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after the inactivity period without further notice.
